I am a Product designer with a passion for problem solving, currently working with the CRM team at Gorgias.

I've always loved connecting the dots with empathy and human-focused understanding from design to final product. Over the last eight years, I've helped research and launch brands such as Amazon Essentials and Dunning Golf. With Gorgias, I have been leading major initiatives including AI-powered Voice of Customer, Enterprise Reporting, and AI integrated CRM visions.

In my free time, I love creating costumes, props, and gold-smithing. My work has been featured in multiple publications and awards such as the Intel Livestream, New York Comic Con Costume Showcase, and the New York Times.
